Dental Crowns and Bridges

Restore and enhance the appearance and functionality of your smile with high-quality dental crowns and bridges. Our advanced technology enables us to offer same-day crowns, ensuring a faster and more convenient restoration process without compromising on quality.

Same-Day Dental Crowns & Bridges

Dental crowns and bridges are effective solutions for repairing and replacing damaged or missing teeth. Crowns are used to cover or “cap” a damaged tooth completely or to complete a dental implant, while bridges span the space where teeth are missing, anchored by crowns on either side.

At Willow Dental, we utilize cutting-edge CEREC technology to create same-day crowns, allowing you to walk out with a permanent crown in just one visit. This not only saves you time but also reduces the discomfort associated with traditional multi-visit crown procedures.

  • How long do dental crowns or bridges last?

Dental crowns and bridges can last between 5 to 15 years or even longer with proper care and maintenance. The longevity of these restorations depends largely on good oral hygiene practices, avoiding habits like teeth grinding, and attending regular dental check-ups and teeth cleanings to monitor the integrity of the crowns or bridges.

  • How much does a dental crown or bridge cost?

The cost of dental crowns and bridges can vary based on the materials used, the complexity of the placement, and other factors.

At our office, a porcelain crown costs $1,447 but the cost of a bridge can depend on the number of teeth needed to fill the gap. It’s important to consult with our dental office for a precise quote and to discuss insurance options or payment plans.

  • How do same-day crowns work?

Same-day crowns utilize CEREC (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) technology, where digital impressions of your tooth are taken using a specialized camera. This digital model is then used to design the crown on a computer, and the design is sent to an on-site milling machine that carves the crown from a ceramic block. The entire process is completed in a single visit, eliminating the need for a temporary crown and multiple dental appointments.
